What to include
Report the platform, browser or device version, the exact wallet flow, the network in use, and any screenshots or logs that help reproduce the issue.
Sensitive reports
Never include recovery phrases, passwords, private keys, or raw encrypted vault contents in a public report.
Current product scope
Support responses should only promise what is live now: native Gravity Testnet wallet flows, handle-first identity, guarded bindings, diagnostics, and the current BTC/ETH/SOL MPC external-asset receive surface.
